Contract temporary employees on assignment should be predominantly W-2 employees of candidate's company. Candidate's revenue between $3-10 Million and an EBT of $500K. No one customer of candidate should be more than 20% of revenue. Candidate-owner must be interested in and motivated to continue to manage, operate and expand the business for no less than three years.
